  • If you change your mind and decide not to order after asking about the commission, that's completely okayy (0v0)♡ Just let Vivi know that you've decided not to continue yaa~ Vivi won't be upset or bothered at all, as long as there's a little confirmation instead of disappearing without a word (｡•́︿•̀｡)♡

  • If the client does not provide any updates or responses for 7 days after being contacted several times for updates, opinions, or approval, the order will be considered unilaterally cancelled by the client and will not be eligible for a refund, even if payment has already been made. If you're busy or something comes up, just let Vivi know yaa, so there won't be any misunderstandings ( ╥﹏╥)♡

  • On the other hand, if Vivi does not provide any updates or responses for 7 full days after the client has contacted or followed up several times, don't worry yaa ♡ Once Vivi becomes active again, Vivi will contact you and provide a refund depending on the condition of the order.
